The project is in Geri, an upcoming area of Nicosia, within walking distance from Athalassa National park and close to the University of Cyprus and the Mall of Cyprus.

Every property is individual through the use of different materials. Two main parameters have determined the design that carefully ‘sculpts’ spaces and structures: substantial open space for outdoor activities and maximum Southern exposure.

The system also succeeds in offering covered and uncovered outdoor spaces across all levels, culminating in a sculpted ‘emancipated’ roof garden with an unobstructed view.

Athalassa National park is the most significant green area in the capital, and locals love to go there for a walk to cycle or to relax and appreciate all the wildlife that finds refuge there. Picnic facilities, sports grounds, cycling paths, and a bird observation point.
