Elit Blue is expanding! We are looking for an experienced property consultant to join our team in Limassol.

What we are looking for:
1. Minimum 5 years of previous experience and proven sales track-record in the real estate sector as a real estate agent, property consultant or property surveyor. Specific experience in the Limassol Real Estate market is considered an advantage
2. Ability to work independently and remotely
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
4. Fluency in English, Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, German and /or Chinese languages will be considered as a significant advantage
5. Proficiency in MS Office
What we expect from you:
1. Comprehensive understanding of the market trends and demographics of your assigned region and the ability to consult clients and associates based on said understanding.
2. Processing incoming leads and generating new applicant leads, determining their needs or concerns and propose property solutions that fit their specifications.
3. Providing comprehensive guidance to vendors and / or purchasers, be it regarding appropriate marketing or even appropriate buying processes. This will apply to the whole promotional / buying process, from listing research to eventual sales.
4. Provide consultation services to clients regarding market conditions, legal frameworks, mortgage processes etc.
5. Generate new leads by actively promoting the company through both online and offline marketing mediums.
